Return Policy:

Didn't find exactly what you were looking for? At PRESSICURE, we offer a 14-day return policy for any unused purchase. To initiate your return, please start here. We require you upload a photo of your items and a reason for your return.

 

Note: The customer is responsible for paying a return shipping label cost of $6 unless a dispute was initiated with us. .

We understand that sometimes our customers may wish to return their purchases. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. During this period, customers may return their purchase for a refund or exchange.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying a $6 fee for the return label unless their package was evidently received damaged. If the product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

To initiate a return, please enter your order information here, and we will provide you with a return label to your email once inspected. Once you have the return label, please pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to us. 

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product is in the original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds For Damages Or Other Issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, if you have received an item you did not purchase, or did not receive your item so we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible. 

 

If our customers do receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or their package has not arrived, we will gladly issue a refund of the product cost or replacement as long as you have opened a dispute with us about your order within 3 business days of the order being delivered. Please note that if your order says it has been delivered to it's desired destination, you may not receive a refund. Fraudulent return attempts for items which have evidently been delivered to their desired destination are not permitted. 

We require proof of the damaged or defective product. Please email the information to cs@pressicure.comContacting us in regards to the issue within 2 business days of receiving your package is mandatory in order to receive full return or eligible exchange. Please be patient when receiving a refund. Refunds take anywhere from 1-10 business days to process.

 

 


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchange Policy: 

At PRESSICURE, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no exchange policy unless the item is received damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please initiate your return immediately here, and we will provide you with a free return shipping label once inspected. Be sure to upload photos and a description of the damage. 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and processing a return for the original item. We have made this process easy for you by creating a simple return portal, which can be accessed here.

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
