We currently ship our products to the United States.

Estimated shipping times to our U.S customers depend on your preferred shipping method & location.

 

 

❥ How long will my order take to ship?

For PRESSICURE Kit's:

Airplane - Free transport icons Standard Packages ship between 2-5 business days.

Airplane - Free transport icons Express Packages ship between 1-2 business days.

❥ What do I do if my packaged arrived damaged?

If our customers do receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or their package has not arrived, we will gladly issue a refund of the product cost or replacement as long as you have opened a dispute with us about your order within 3 business days of the order being delivered. Please note that if your order says it has been delivered to it's desired destination, you may not receive a refund. Fraudulent return attempts for items which have evidently been delivered to their desired destination are not permitted. 

We require proof of the damaged or defective product. Please email the information to cs@pressicure.com. Contacting us in regards to the issue within 2 business days of receiving your package is mandatory in order to receive full return or eligible exchange. Please be patient when receiving a refund. Refunds take anywhere from 1-10 business days to process.
