APPLICATION METHODS

For 1-3 Day Wear:

  1. Start with clean and dry nails. Ensure your natural nails are free from any oils, lotions, or nail polish. You can wipe excess oils off your nail bed with the nailcohohol wipe.
  2. Select the appropriate press-on nail size for each of your natural nails. Lay them out in order for easy access during the application process.
  3. Trim and shape the press-on nails to your desired length and style, if needed, using a nail file.
  4. Push your cuticles back using the cuticle stick.
  5. Buff your nail beds using the nail file.
  6. Peel off the protective backing from the nail tape. Align the nail tape with your natural nail, making sure it covers the entire nail bed.
  7. Firmly press down on the nail tape to secure it onto your natural nail. Apply gentle pressure for 20 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.
  8. Repeat the process for each nail, one at a time, until all press-on nails are applied using nail tape. Once all the nails are in place, press down on each nail again to ensure a strong bond between the press-on nail and your natural nail.
  9. You can optionally apply a clear top coat over the press-on nails using the acrylic powder & monomer by dipping your acrylic nail brush into the monomer and then dipping it in the acrylic powder to formulate a nail bead to evenly distribute on top of your press on nail for added shine and longevity.

PRESSICURE Recommendations:

  • Clip nails before applying, leaving a tiny bit of the white tip of your nail.
  • Avoid air sockets when using glue by only applying 1-2 drops of glue depending on nail size.

How to Remove:

  1. Gather your supplies: You will need acetone or nail polish remover, cotton balls or pads, nail file, cuticle stick, and bowl.
  2. Prepare the workspace: Find a well-lit and comfortable area to work on your nails. Place a towel or cloth on the surface to protect it from any spills.
  3. Soften the adhesive: Fill a bowl or container with enough acetone or nail polish remover to fully submerge your fingertips. Alternatively, you can soak cotton balls or pads in the acetone and place them on your nails.
  4. File the top layer: Use a nail file to gently file the top layer of the press-on nails. This helps to break the seal and make the removal process easier.
  5. Soak your nails: Dip your fingertips into the acetone or place the soaked cotton balls/pads on top of your nails. Ensure that the press-on nails are fully immersed in the acetone. Let them soak for about 10-15 minutes to allow the adhesive to loosen.
  6. Gently remove the nails: After soaking, carefully lift each press-on nail starting side to side. Use a cuticle pusher or orangewood stick to gently pry the nails away from your natural nails. Avoid using excessive force to prevent any damage to your natural nails.
  7. Remove any residue: Once the press-on nails are off, you may notice some residue or adhesive left on your natural nails. Take a fresh cotton ball or pad soaked in acetone and gently rub the residue to remove it completely.
  8. Clean and moisturize: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to remove any remaining acetone or residue. Pat your nails dry and apply a moisturizing nail or cuticle oil to nourish and hydrate your nails and cuticles.
  9. Give your nails a break: It's essential to let your natural nails breathe and recover after wearing press-on nails. Avoid applying nail enhancements to allow your natural nails to grow and breathe

PRESSICURE Recommendations:

  • Do not pull off nails
  • Remove nails from side to side.
